United Floors Excellence Awards
About the Award
At United Floors, our success comes from the people who bring skill, care, and pride to every job. The United Floors Excellence Award celebrates team members who truly represent who we are — people who deliver great service, build real connections, and use their craftsmanship to transform spaces and improve lives.
These individuals go beyond selling or installing flooring. Whether they’re in the showroom, on-site with customers, or supporting behind the scenes, they show what it means to be rooted locally and united nationally. Their work strengthens our communities and sets the standard for quality across our network.
