Family-owned and operated, and proudly part of the Cowichan Valley since 1979, United Floors Duncan is dedicated to helping our neighbours create spaces they love. Our commitment to quality and exceptional customer service has been recognized with Dealer of the Year in 2017 and 2024, as well as the Customer Service Award in 2023.

We’re proud to support our local community, including the Cowichan Capitals Premier Junior Hockey League, Kerry Park Island Junior B Hockey Team, and Vancouver Island Seals Female U18AAA Hockey Team, as well as the Chesterfield Sports Complex and other youth sports teams throughout the valley.

Beyond flooring, we also offer tile, vinyl decking, window coverings, and area rugs, featuring a wide selection of trusted, high-quality brands. We believe in creating an enjoyable, stress-free shopping experience while helping you find the right products for your home and lifestyle.

Deeply rooted in the Cowichan Valley, we’re passionate about giving back and supporting the community that has supported us for generations. Through ongoing donations and fundraising efforts, we proudly support local organizations, schools, and community groups.

For exceptional service, quality products, and a team that genuinely cares about your project, visit United Floors Duncan. We look forward to helping bring your vision to life.
