Mark the Manager did a great job on the on-site inspection and the cost projection, with great ideas. The installer did a great job on the two-day install. He was very careful and tidied up afterwards. We love our new kitchen floor. I would highly recommend United Floors for any flooring needs.

If you're in the market for new flooring don't hesitate to go see Chad at United. He's knowledgeable and great to deal with. I ran into a few issues with my floors during our renovation / addition and Chad always found a solution. The installer, Al, has been great to deal with as well. He's cheery and meticulous with what he does. I can't say enough about dealing with Chad at United Floors.

The staff at United Floors were super helpful and honest in guiding us through our options and picking out the product we needed. They were prompt in answering our questions and making sure we were taken care of. The removal and installation team were also reliable and efficient and before we knew it, our old dirty carpet was replaced by excellent new luxury vinyl. We were completely satisfied by every other aspect of our experience, especially with Wyatt.

Great customer service very knowledgeable staff. They installed hardwood flooring, click vinyl for the 2 bathrooms and carpet down the stairs. This was done in 2 days plus 3 hrs for the carpet down the stairs. The guys installing were very professional and did a excellent job. The prices for flooring are competitive as are the installation fees. We went to 5 different stores and we picked the best in United Floors
